Built in 1746 this traditional French Savoyard farmhouse is full of character and authenticity. It is being sensitively renovated using reclaimed materials to create 450m² of stunning space spread over three floors.  Your dream luxury catered ski chalet opens inDecember 2012.

On the ground floor is the ski room, with heated boot rack, and well-stocked wine cellar. Ancient stone steps take you up to the first floor and the 82m² open plan lounge, dining room and bar area that combines ancient timber beams, double height ceilings and huge picture windows to stunning effect.

Sleeping ten to twelve adults the bedrooms are set out over two floors. On the first is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a family suite with two private bedrooms and a bathroom. Three further bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are on the second floor along with the library and snug. Bedroom layouts are flexible with cot and single beds available.

We are only a five minute chauffeured drive to Morillon ski lift and village and nine minutes to Samoëns ski lift and historical town centre. Situated on a sunny plateau, the farmhouse is a haven of peace with 360° mountain views to delight your soul.
